Our Policies
Payment
Services are billed via private electronic invoice. All prices are in USD. Due to the custom nature of design work, payments for completed design phases are non-refundable. Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Deposits for design packages are non-refundable once the design process has commenced.
Installation
We do not ship products. All plants and materials are delivered and installed directly at the client's project site in Fairfax, Virginia and surrounding areas. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all plant sales are final once installed. Installation schedules are subject to weather conditions. Deposits for materials (plants, stone, etc.) are non-refundable once the order has been placed with our nursery partners.
​Privacy
We only collect names and emails to provide quotes and invoices. Your data is never sold and is secured via Stripe for payments.
